I have a rich background & education in corporate transactional law (corporate governance, contracts, securities, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, intellectual property, secured transactions, bankruptcy & corporate governance), negotiations and related litigation. I have also enjoyed over a decade of entrepreneurship in the fields of real estate and taxation. I received my Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where I was a Heyman Fellow for Corporate Governance and received the Dean's Academic Merit Scholarship, as well as other scholarships & accolades .
I bring practical experience from law firms, for-profit & non-profit entities, including Skadden Arps et al., Colgate-Palmolive & Food First, Inc. As well, I am a professor whose academic experience spans five years and includes teaching law & related business topics in top universities; curriculum development; the creation of post-graduate advanced seminars; and in-house training of professionals in various corporate & legal disciplines.
